These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the 90jjj online gaming platform and all its users. By accessing the platform through the 90jjj website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

To open an account on 90jjj, you must register with accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading details may result in your account being suspended or terminated. Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all of them will be closed.

During registration, you are required to provide the following accurate information: full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and your Bangladesh National ID or passport number (for KYC verification). KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000.

• Registration is not permitted for anyone under 18 years of age
• Only one account may be registered per mobile number or email address
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited
• Email verification must be completed within 48 hours of registration
• KYC document verification is completed within 3 business days of submission

Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ৳50,000, while VIP members may withdraw up to ৳2,00,000. Deposits are generally free of charge; however, a processing fee may apply to withdrawals under certain circumstances.

90jjj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, listed alongside the respective offer.

A wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Welcome bonuses typically carry a 20x to 30x wagering requirement — meaning if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you will generally need to wager between BDT 20,000 and BDT 30,000 before making a withdrawal.

• The same person, household, or device may not claim the same promotion more than once
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days of being issued

• Accounts found to have abused bonuses may be suspended

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using multiple identities to abuse bonuses
• Using software bots, automation tools, or hacking tools
• Deliberately exploiting game glitches or bugs for unfair advantage
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other users
• Playing or managing an account on behalf of a minor

90jjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice. That said, accounts are generally not closed unless there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any legitimate funds in your balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you.

• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be automatically marked as dormant
• A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on dormant accounts (minimum ৳100/month)

90jjj always strives to deliver the best experience. However, 90jjj accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from temporary technical issues, unless the issue is directly caused by a factor within 90jjj's control.

• 90jjj will not be liable for losses during a gaming session caused by internet connectivity issues
• 90jjj is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers
• 90jjj will not be held responsible for losses resulting from user error, such as incorrect amounts or wrong payment details
